Arctic Market Marketing was founded in 2002 by Gary Oliver. Gary is a retired web designer and web programmer from the Alaska Department of Transportation. He has a wide range of experience in web design techniques, utilizing CSS styles and 'php' programming for faster delivery of pages to any potential customer.
Gary does not believe in using Flash or other resource robbing applications to promote products. He feels that a customer does not need to be impressed with his skills, but the clients products and to put the page in the customer's face as fast as possible to ensure a sale. Customers who have to wait for a page to load, lose interest and have the potential to move on the more one has to wait.
Gary recognized that during this time of economic difficulties, people need a helping hand to put bread on the table. So, by using this innovative idea of providing free websites to people with unique products and services, he feels it is his contribution to share his skills with those needing to help themselves in this time of need. |
